Git svn error validating server certificate can enfp dating enfp
But, with XCode 4.2 or Coda, I get stuck on the certificate trust error. Coda gives me this: svn: OPTIONS of 'https://subversion.assembla.com/svn/my/repo/path': Server certificate verification failed: issuer is not trusted (https://subversion.assembla.com) And XCode gives me this: Error validating server certificate for 'https://subversion.assembla.com:443': - The certificate is not issued by a trusted authority.
Use the fingerprint to validate the certificate manually!- I have tried a complete uninstall (mode all), restart and fresh install of XCode. I had no idea there were multiple svn binaries floating around on my computer. I need to run it because Tortoise Git is not smart enough to accept a self-signed certificate to import an SVN repository. svn clone "https://eaxmple.net/svn" "C:\xxx\git" -T trunk Initialized empty Git repository in c:/xxx/git/.git/ Error validating server certificate for 'https://esample.net:443': - The certificate is not issued by a trusted authority.Certificate information: - Hostname: - Valid: from Jul 23 2012 GMT until Jul 23 2017 GMT - Issuer: Register.com, US - Fingerprint: ax:2x:bx:x6:7x:c8:ae::bx:4a::dd:9d:6d:e:39 (R)eject, accept (t)emporarily or accept (p)ermanently?
Each time you try some SVN command, you get “Error validating server certificate” problem with subversion.I'm not really sure why, but it takes a pretty long time to come back from the prompt above that asks whether or not to accept the certificate. Also I know that the project author is actually using Team Server for the backend. It started cloning for me, but didn't make it very far.
